THE WOSRE HUSKVARNA DEALER BY FAR !!We purchased a new ride on mower a couple of years ago We took it in for its first service, and ever since then we had a squealing sound coming from the mower. We have had multiple dealings over this matter to try and resolve it ,but nothing was ever fixed. It has taken almost 3 years to resolve this.On numerous ocassions ive taken it for a service, the service card states the blades have been sharpened ,but NEVER ONCE have they sharpened them. We bought new blades out of frustration.I contacted the owner of the bussiness several times about poor customer service ,bad attitudes and very poor service techniques.His attitude was also poor and wont return phone calls.I really have to wonder how this shop stays open for bussiness.We have moved out of the area now ,so thats a plus we never have to deal with them ever again..My recomendations would be to find a different dealer.
