I had a fantastic experience dealing with EuroTech. I purchased both an oven and a cooktop and found their service exceptional. The team went above and beyond to ensure my purchase was exactly right for me. Highly recommend!

I have a stove I bought last July. Not long after I bought it the oven door handle fell off and the oven draw broke. New screws were ordered and the handle was fixed and the draw 'fixed' and I was told not to put anything heavy in it! In May the handle broke again. I asked for a refund and was told the shop was allowed the opportunity to fix it. I spoke to someone at Eurotech on the 20th May and was told screws would be sent to Five Star Appliances and they would come out again and 'fix' the handle. A few weeks ago I was sent an email from Eurotech asking if I'd received the screws!!! I've since been told (email on the 15th June) they've been sent to 5 Star Appliances. I am still waiting for my oven door handle to be fixed. I should never has bought such a cheap product with such poor customer service. Not fit for purpose.

The dishwasher has broken down twice with the same error twice, a technician came out to fix it and it stopped working and displayed the same error message within a month of fixing". The oven button has broken and it has only been used ten times. Eurotech customer service takes weeks to months to provide any assistance

Bad quality product. Useless technician. reported problem and called 6-7 times in the next 5 weeks, never keep their words. Never show up and show up with wrong parts. Problem not solved yet.

We purchased a brand new apartment in 2016 which has a EuroTech Design cooktop. From day one the cooktop has had an issue with the digital touch panel freezing. We had to reset it by turning it off at the wall.As we rarely used the cooktop, we didn’t worry too much. However two years after purchasing the cooktop, the back ring has completely stopped working.I would certainly not expect a brand new appliance to stop working after 2 years. I’ve owned three properties and never had any appliance stop working in such a short period of time.There is no damage. Nothing has been dropped on it. There are no cracks or chips. It is in good condition.When I contacted EuroTech Design, they replied with a very brief canned response. Indicating this must be a very common issue. They stated their warranty is only one year, and we would need to get it serviced and then send a report to them to review “out of goodwill”.There is no information on service providers and they don’t respond to further correspondence.I would stick with a reputable brand that has after sales care and a decent warranty, if you’re looking for any new appliances. Unfortunately we didn’t have that luxury, when buying off the plans.

Our 6 months old EuroTech dishwasher broke down before Christmas 2021. A service company came to have a look under the warranty and placed an order with EuroTech for a new part. Today it is April 5th. 2022 and the part still has not been delivered and EuroTech do not answer their phones. The dishwasher also has another design flaw which means that gunk assembles at the bottom on the inside of the door and has to be cleaned frequently. I am shocked by the poor quality of the dishwasher and the total lack of customer service. Roar Henningsen, Auckland
