Took my lawnmower in for a service. They tuned it by cleaning carb. Changing plugs. Sharpen blades. Happy. But the extras like adding oil when I know I have it filled to mark with the right oil I have at home. Changing a handle bolt when the one that was there worked perfectly. These extras that were done that I didn't asked to be done should I have to pay for these?. Because of these added charges you've lost a loyal customer. Just do the work the customer asks to be done. How hard is that. Total bill $133. For lawnmower service.

What an amazing experience. Staff helped me sort out our very dirty weed eater, spent heaps of time with me, helped me decide what i needed and at no extra cost cleaned and checked our machine. So happy with excellent friendly service at this store. K Bennett. Rotorua

Great customer service from Phil and the team. The quality of this line trimmer is 5 times that of other brands from elsewhere. It's solid, starts easily and runs well. So glad I went here instead of getting a cheap nasty one from a big hardware store with no ability to service them if there's any faults/repairs needed.

Went in for a simple job, ended up spending way more for the things that weren't broken to get replaced and still it doesnt work on top of dropping my mower off the truck! Instead of getting a forklift they used ramps! Would not recommend to anyoneAsked us to not ring worksafe lol

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Had a niggly little repair to be done to a small engine that most outfits would put in the to hard or not worth it basket and the team at stihl shop Rotorua took the time then and there to remedy the problem and do the repairs. Great service and would definitely recommend to others.

Terrible service. Small job of sharpening a chain while I hired their saw became a hassle. Wasn’t ready on my return so I informed them I’d return the next day. Still wasn’t ready. Had to leave and come back a 3rd time. No apologies. Not recommended
