Michael Holmes Premium Eyewear

What a fabulous experience I had choosing frames at Michael Holmes. I live in Queenstown and on a recent trip to Auckland I popped in to see what they had. The staff made extra time to check my prescription, measure me up thoroughly to ensure the frame and lens would be perfect when they arrived. They checked with Michael on his day off to make sure I had the best possible choice of lens for my needs. Nothing was too much trouble. I now have both everyday and sun glasses that I adore and I receive compliments on a daily basis. The fit is near on perfect and only needs a minor adjustment when I am next in Auckland but they are totally comfortable and provide perfect vision. I will never go anywhere else again!!!! To know I can live in Queenstown and have this service is wonderful. Thank you team you are awesome.

As always the team (Michael and Tiffany) looked after me wonderfully. After referring me to The Eye Institute for some needed corrective surgery the team helped me with my new prescription, optical and sunglasses. Always helpful, always friendly. Great team!

My Partner recommended I go to MHPE for new glasses, the shop was busy but the staff were excellent in assisting choosing the correct frame. Not only in design but also to suit and fit shape of face. Eye test and health check, would have to say best I have received and explained items that I never new of. Love the glasses I choose and have receive comments regularly about them.High recommend visiting the store. :-)

The whole experience was wonderful - even though I had my 3 year old 'helper' with me, the staff were patient and helpful. I love my new glasses and would highly recommend them! It is nice to have honest and helpful advise for frames, as it is such a huge decision!

Best Optometrist I've been to in my life.My eyes are pretty difficult and Michael really was thorough and easy going in taking care of me and having a good chat while sorting it all out. You can tell he's a master of his work and I appreciate that hugely.Really high quality work they do, very happy with my glasses and will recommend to anyone I know.

I’ve been going to Michael for over 12 years. His professional examinations have caught a number of potential eye issues early. Making them simpler to deal with. I could recommend him more highly. You feel more confident after a visit.

Michael has been my optometrist since he started out in Whangārei.Due to my Torticollis causing my face to twist one side it’s not easy getting my glasses to sit properly on my face especially since I’ve gone to progressive lenses.Michael is absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t have any one else.
