总是给错订单。今天又 又 又 一次给错了。 不加冰的 饮料 加冰。 不加糖的饮料 加糖，超长的等待时间 虽然并不补繁忙。我承认他们的装修和风格一开始让人有新鲜感，但是真的不怎么值得期待， 太高的错误率。我虽然是你们的邻居，但是我不能够给你们高分，希望你们提升自己。

Nice tea, and customer service. I haven't had a wrong order yet, and the staff are pleasant. They don't charge extra for no ice so, its great.

The tea is good and consistent with the other branches, but they’re often closed during hours they say they’re open. I’ve come by a couple times 30 mins before closing but they’ve already shut up for the day. Once arrived 2 hours before closing and they were already closed!
