Second visit:The service is on point. Good communication, reminder calls, and SMS notifications when the service is complete. I cannot compare against other marine service providers through my own experience. However, I really appreciate the personal service, professionalism, technical details about work done, and honesty provided. The Boat Place goes the extra mile and this to me represents great value and worth every cent. I highly recommend them.First visit:A place I had driven passed many times on the way to the boat ramp without knowing about this hidden gem. While seeking options for a replacement outboard, I found The Boat Place to be the most approachable and went above and beyond to provide guidance, options, and recommendations. I would certainly recommend calling in and seeing the knowledgeable team and who will leave you feeling confident with your service or watercraft upgrades.

Excessive charges. Mechanic charges $95 per hour just to drive around town looking for a small hose, rather than just ordering the part. Disappointing service, booked boat in weeks in advance dropped it of the day before called the afternoon of the day it was booked in and they didn’t even know what they were doing with it. Over $320 to change a simple hose.

From when I dropped boat to collecting. Spot on. Communication, etc. Bloody awesome. Will be back. So stocked with even after service. Its the little things that will bring me back.

The guy that was working was very welcoming very helpful.I and answered all our questions and you could tell he was taking an interest in what you where saying.Would differently recommend them.
