I bought a flat pack desk, purchase process was smooth and easy. When I built the desk I found that there was a manufacturing fault. UrbanSales was happy to either replace or give me a partial refund.Very happy with the service.

The after sales service has been brilliant. We purchased a Hemnes day bed from this furniture shop three months ago. There were issues with drawers coming off the assembly. They quickly responded to my request for parts. The bed is fully assembled now and I’m happy with the purchase.I recommend this place.

This is my first time buying from Urban Sales. Purchased a Alex drawer, some peg boards and a few accessories. Emma was very helpful and her email response was very quick :) . Even though I wasn't able to collect my items from the store on a Sat, she was still able to fit me into their pick up schedule on the same day. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks a bunch

We bought an entertainment unit which is fabulous. Looks stylish and very solid and well made. The customer care is second to none. We bought this item at full retail price and noticed it went on sale a few days later. They were exceptional in refunding us the difference in price to match the sale price! Thank you so much. Ordered a chest of drawers from urban sales and was quick and easy, picked them up myself from the warehouse which also was super easy and quick with the assistance of the staff, super helpful and nice. Unfortunately the chest of drawers I ordered did not contain all the parts, but upon reaching out to urban sales they rushed to resolve the issue and managed to find the missing parts relatively quickly and shipped them to me. Overall really helpful and quick service in all avenues.

This table was over $700 (incl. shipping) but the quality is bad because the part that’s supposed to be the item’s unique selling point (foldable) is uneven. And no one has replied to me and I don’t think they intend to. I’m not even asking for a refund (because I could only imagine the stress) just some guidance or workaround so I can eat at this table in peace. Never again, just wait for Ikea to open in NZ. Urban Sales only cares about selling then leaving their customers behind once the sale is done, hence the name.
