My favorite Pascoes earing broke after a year- took it in to be repaired and the manager gave me a new pair! Why shop anywhere else for jewlery? ! What service. Thanks Pascoes Whangarei.

I purchased a white watch with them this May and just three months later its state deeply deteriorated. The strap is now blue (juat from clothes wearing) and the metal buckle has already left a mark that cannot be cleaned. One of the two straps broke while sleeping. Truly bad quality. Went to the store to complain and their answer was that I shouldn't shower with it. Once I indicated that I always took it off before I showered, their answer was that the mark must have been from washing my hands????? I explained water doesn't drip down my hands while I wash them(truly unnecessary explanation) and their only reply was that their insurance wouldn't cover the strap???? How does insurance not cover half of the product??? I was extremely angry and frustrated with their customer service and unwillingness to help. Low quality products and bad customer service.

Fishers Jewellers take a note out of these guys book.. Christmas rush and Pascoes still provide customer service.. Thanks for a ez transaction and for being made to at least feel welcome. Weldone Pascoes... Boo Fishers

Stopped in to purchase a watch and was impressed by the great customer service.

All I have to say is that I am depressed af because of pascoes!!! I spend $80 for a sterling silver bracelet and charm and a few hours later the charm falls off! Luckily it fell off somewhere I could see it. Then a few days later it turns disgusting brown so. Not so long after that the hook breaks off and I am not left with a handful of broken, frail, brown jewelry. Disgusted and sad I threw over $80 down the drain!
