One bent pole on arrival; no instructions; fault discovered when tried to put up. Issues were eventually partially resolved, though responses were slow

The materials and hardware used in the make up of this product align with the price. Parts failed during each process of putting the gazebo up. We used it on 3 occasions after purchasing that month. However read the terms prior to purchase as we were lucky that certain parts failed as we would not have qualified for a refund. Credit to them that they did refund us the full amount. No hard feelings but future buyers should be aware.

Great product for price bracket. Unfortunately no pick up or physical store so you need to pay a hefty shipping fee.
