High quality furniture, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.Very happy with the purchase of:Duncan Desk 1800 - Walnut.Very sturdy desk, with a high quality feel and look. Took a bit of assembly, nothing too major. Though definitely need a powered drill as nothing is pre-drilled or marked (I was warned).Baco Office Chair's - Black.Comfy, high quality, easy to assemble.

Have had the best experience with quick response to all our queries. Furniture is unlike the stock standard that can be found in NZ stores and is more fit to purpose for smaller houses and spaces which is awesome because there is a massive lack of this in NZ.

The best $500 dollars ($250 x 2) I spent. I brought two Alice" model type C bookcase/bookshelf. They just changed my room's clutter. Best services. Best delivery you could ask for. Nothing to complain about. The quality is amazing

Amazing furniture and excellent service! I have been looking for a bookshelf for months and finally found one through Catchers NZ, and I am so delighted with it. It came fully assembled and the delivery was quick and efficient. The staff at the showroom were super helpful and attentive. Alan the delivery man was considerate when delivering our bookshelf and it was very easy to coordinate the drop off. We are so happy with the quality, sturdiness, design and affordability of their furniture. Really impressed as we've tried looking for the perfect bookshelf from other furniture stores and have been disappointed with the general pricing and design. The best part is, you can customize the shelving in the bookshelf, which I haven't come across anywhere else before. I highly recommend their products and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I bought a white bookcase from Catchers 3 years ago which slowly yellowed and over the last year the entire bookcase has peeled with a papery layer slowly coming off. It doesn't sit in direct sunshine so not sure what has caused this. Apart from that they were very good with delivery and when one shelf sagged they promptly sent an additional upright to fix the problem free of charge. The cost and shape were good but 3 years on it looks pretty sad.Update: The picture shows what happened all over the bookcase, we ended up painstakingly peeling off most of the delamination but some parts didn't come off and it doesn't look good nor should have peeled in the first place. We didn't tape onto it.

Love the furnitures that we bought here. The quality is great and the price was a lot lower than many other places. The entertainment unit was my favourite one as it was simple, elegant and luxurious. Gold feet added to the detail. Customer service fantastic too - communication was great and delivery was easy and efficient.
