I would prefer NO STAR if I could. One of the young asian lady pharmacist who is so rude. She is not first time to do that to me. Last time others male pharmacist asked me for help to look for the address as their computer recorded have a fews of name who are under the same address. However I thought would have a same issue. By then when I dropped off the prescription to that young lady and just face to the computer for a few seconds and nothing can see. She made the noise and show me her despised face. OMG... I don't really like her as she is not a first time. I am really feel sorry customer only can face to her not other spots in front of desk.

The customer service was a little rough today but overall experience shopping here. The bottle of Koloba I purchased ended up being 15% cheaper than anywhere else I could purchase, not bad!James AshwinKakapo Business Sales

If I could give 0 stars I would. On the phone to 0800 number for hours which hangs up after half an hour. No reply on email or Facebook. Shipping states 2-4 been well over a week right before Mother’s Day! Chemist warehouse happy to advertise sale but as far as actually receiving the order? Customer service terrible no one picking up phones. Can’t even contact for a refund. Shocking.

Customer service here is worse than bad. Employees interacting impassive to grumpy at best - dead silent regardless. Management need to give these people an Energy drink because they hate life.Please literally go to any other Chemist Warehouse branch ever if you don’t want to feel rude & uncomfortable for buying stuff.

My experience has always been great here from the greeting you get at the door by the security guard to the team who serve behind the counter. I love that as soon as there is more than one person waiting in the queue another team member almost immediately opens the other til so we don't have to queue long. They do a great job here. Another time I had an incorrect order from my click and collect and it was so easy to get the swap. The pharmacists are also always helpful. You do have to wait to get your script but they are always friendly which is important for me. Staff stocking shelves are also happy to help you find what you're looking for and check stock out back. Always a good experience.

My place for medicines and supplement. Thank you for bringing in free prescription into New Zealand. The store is so big. It is always open late and I can always go there after my work hours to get my medications. So convenient. You do need to wait for a while to get your prescription drugs.

I am going to be away overseas for more than 3 months and I asked my GP if I could get me enough supply for the trip. He didn't seem to think there is anything he could do to get the pharmacist to dispense more than 3 months supply. I went to Chemist Warehouse Glen Innes and told the pharmacist my situation and she was very helpful explaining to just go back to my GP and get another script marked going overseas which I did and now I got more than enough medication for my trip. Its been 3 days and i can't get anybody from customer service to reply to emails and no one is answering the phones. I need to know where my online order is, can't even get a refund. They seem to be able to update their Facebook page though. Hopeless.

Normally I went to my regular pharmacist to pick up my prescription. Last week, I went to Chemist Warehouse Glen Innes branch and was impressed with their service and professionalism. The waiting was minimum and I also shopped other supplements. Will visit again.

I shop online and product dispatches from G.I. Their speed and prompt service is superior to their competitors. Ive used their services 6 times in 12mths and they're consistent. Offering free shipping on orders over $50 is a boon considering it's overnight. The prices can't be beat to date.
