We listed the property and left the country a week later. This meant that when we discovered that we had passed Certificate of Compliance but NOT requested said Certificate, Lily had to help us from afar.This she did with absolute pleasure and dedication. It involved council, searching through our private records for proof that we had passed and giving us very well researched and substantiated advice as to what course to take.The house went to closed auction and even at that late stage people were raising their offers in order to procure as I was not happy with the price offered. We settled and in reality had we waited we would have lost a huge chunk of money with the way the market was dropping.I cannot thank Lily enough for her gracious help and the way she even helped stage the home as we were not available.
