In my experience the family court process has been emotionally fuelled and daunting, there is so much uncertainty anxiety affiliated with the process. Thanks to Denise Evans and her incredible team at ADRANS, the children and I have been able to go through this process with much of the stresses eliminated. I contribute the success of resolving our differences through her firm, fair and neutral demeanour. Our whole experience has been handled with the upmost integrity and professionalism. My children have been so well represented by Denise. Denise has looked after my children so well; you can tell her heart is in the right place and she is so well cut out in the role she is doing. She has gone over and above the call of duty to resolve conflict and essentially minimise the trauma that they could have experienced. Her intervention has truly changed our lives. Denise has always remained neutral and informative; she has helped me recognise that respect is the baseline for our motives and the heart of any matter to be resolved is through respectful communication. very disturbing experience, having a lot of trouble trying to withdraw..I made first contact to enquire about their services and the process, I was constantly cut off and asked questions and mislead.. Fairway will not let me go to another mediation services..forcing their services on me locking me in for 12 months without signing anything..they have made a stressful situation a lot more stressful... now I need them to transfer me to another company which they are not doing as of yet...

I had a meidation with ACC and Rachel Forrester from Fair Way via Zoom, and was not expecting a great outcome. I was pleasently surprised when ACC's decision was quashed and they are now paying for my surgery. Rachel was very calm and a great communicator. Thank you so very much for your help. H. Watt

Very poor communication from the people who were supposed to help with our mediation. Still waiting to hear back about our case that got cancelled with no explanation and the call center lady hung up on me when I rang asking for help contacting the correct people.

Bad service. Woman called Levonne told me I would have to pay the other parties costs which is not how the process works. Highly biased against people trying to connect with their children. Go elsewhere
