I wish to give zero; however, it's not an option.Senior staff lady was very rude to other customer I saw.It is understandable that staff could be tired after a long day but being polite doesnot take energy or asking other staff member to help. I have been a regular customer of number one shoes but this behavior made me to go to other outlets of their.All other staff was welcoming and have always been welcoming.

Had to leave a review for the fantastic communication and service provided by the two girls working at the Chatwell mall store in Hamilton this afternoon.There was an aggressive lady demanding a refund or exchange for clearly worn shoes despite not having any receipt, original packaging, or proof of purchase.The girls on counter were extremely patient and calm, and were clearly communicating the information they needed, store policies, and offering next steps.It's not very often I send through compliments but these girls were outstanding - definitely keep them on.

I was only window shopping and was pleased that I was left to do it although I was aware that help was at hand if I wanted it

I was in the shop on Thurdsay of last week. Very disappointed.Navigating around boxes in isle is not a god fit, no pun intended. Health & Safety needs to be looked at? I had my walking stick which helped around the obstacles.I picked up the item and went to pay. The customer service rep was GRUMPY and i felt very intimidated.The Reps attitude was short and a tad rude.asked able pay and swipe not sure what he said but eventually i paid and left. It was not the best service ever and very disappointing i will always buy my shoes etc from No1 shoes because they have such great deals and not all staff are like i experienced. Sorry folks 2 stars only for poor customer service

Looking for boots they did not have any in store the ones we found on their website.

The shoe quality i have found over the past few years has deteriorated but the prices have gone up. Shoes should last a lot longer than 6 months taking into account they not exactly cheap. Not overly impressed anymore.

Was blatantly ignored when the retailer was standing right next to us as we were struggling to find sizes. Waited patiently while she casually strolled over to the counter after standing there for ages. Didn't even box up our shoes. Extremely rude won't be returning

They have a good product and generally good service . Today I had an issue which was poorly handled. The issue was over the cost of the bag which wasn't mentioned before paying. Lauren another shop assistant entered into our discussion with a smart arsed attitude made a comment to me then proceeded to discuss my issue with another customer. This I consider was a breach of privacy. I am now considering taking it further.
