Amazing! Today Watercare sent a young guy who has done a water leaks repair job perfectly and beautifully. He obviously is very experienced and responsible. When we got home in the evening, we could not believe our eyes: this was truly an incredible job! He not only fixed the problem, he has also adjusted the water meter box so that it has enough room for his peer colleagues to do other jobs more easily in the future. What kind, cooperative and thoughtful nature in this young man!We are very grateful to Watercare through his high standard job. Watercare should be very proud of him. His name is V J from Watercare.

I am personally happy with Watercare service agament Ms Sue.But I am TOTALLY disappointed that aftere sending the very first invoice of my new residential addreess water usage to my email id, then your team sent invoices to a different postal address for a long period. And finally I get debt recovery notice. You had my email id and the usage address with you and agent Sue saying I am responsible to pay the debt recovery fees as the colelction costs. What logic? I applied for the leak allowance on January 2023. Providing a plumber bill of $148.00 I was given $24.48 leak allowance out of my $86.00 bill.The leak allowance amount was already an insult because only 1 person was leaving in the property for the last 2 months due to holiday season.When received my online Feb bill I noticed a previous balance" of $24.48 added to my Feb bill. Tried calling them but it was a lenghty waiting time. Decided to chat but has been unsuccessful getting a result. Extremely frustrated with lack of communication and ridiculous waiting time either on the phone or with their online chat which I found unhelpful."

During the recent floods, some houses in my suburb didnt have water for 2 days due to a broken pipeline because of a landslip, but I found the Watercare website status updates on the repair job helpful. It said it would take at least 48hrs until water would be fully restored and it took just over 48hrs for that to happen. So it was pretty accurate. Good comms. Thank you Watercare.

Arrived home to find my neighbours water main had been driven over and broken with water shooting 5m in the air. I realised since it was before the meter it was a Watercare issue. Went onto their website to find their phone number and the chat feature popped up. I was connected to a very helpful lady and after submitting a few photos of the leak. A report was filed and I had a reference number. I was told a team would be there within the hour. 30 mins later they arrived and had it repaired in 15mins. Very impressed with the service

Sincere and grateful thanks for the way in which the water outage in Titirangi was handled during the January floods. As an affected resident, it was great to be kept well informed of the situation. Having water tanks provided to supply drinking water was wonderful. The timeframe for the repair was speedy. The work you are doing to provide this important service is greatly appreciated.

I rang watercare with little to no water and very minimal pressure. They sent someone out straight away, the guy arrived, did the job, was friendly and kept us up to date. It couldn’t be fixed on that day and I was hesitant as to whether they’d come back but the next day bright and early they arrived, they fixed 90% of the problem and I was so impressed with the quick service and dedication.

How can I set up an account as I've never had a water bill in nz before ? Cannot see the option on website as only has if you are home owner or Tennant moving address. Also the 09 422 222 number doesnt work ? Any advice ?Many thanksNew to country
