Solved all the problems I have had with connecting to 'rapid' broadband, slow computer and printing issues.Such a relief to have everything working again and he is so friendly and can explain everything in simple English for nitwits!!!Thanks so much! We are a couple of 70+ year olds and needed serious laptop help. WOW! What an amazing experience! Donovan explained everything in simple language whilst we were waiting for things to download etc. We had an exciting education, everything fixed. Donovan is excellent. All in one hour.

Chris arrived on time, set up my computer and taught me some tips and need to know information which will save me time and grief. I thoroughly enjoyed his visit as he was friendly, professional and at times funny. He helped my daughter sort out problems with her computer too which was a wonderful bonus.
