Following some disappointing factors with our incumbent security provider, I approached Prosecure to see if they'd be interested in taking over the maintenance and monitoring of our residential security system. The response was positive and within hours I had an email with the quote and forms for handover. Immediately after acceptance of the quote, a timing was set to have the system checked and updated as required for monitoring through Prosecure. Everything went smoothly and we've had no issues to date. I'm impressed with the company ethos, they care about their staff and their customers.
