By Accident

A review of my recent visit to By Accident - over and above my expectations. It all started with an accident involving another vehicle, damaging the right side of my front bumper, headlight and guard panel. The damage was severe in terms of the bumper and headlight which needed to be replaced with new OEM parts, while the right guard repaired(luckily) with all work and parts handled by By Accident.I drove the vehicle into the workshop on Monday 17th September, as instructed by the manager of By Accident, Kris. A month prior, Kris had inspected and taken photos of all damaged components of the car in order to source the correct parts needed for the job. I parked the car at the workshop on Monday morning before work, Kris had approached me and I handed him the keys to my pride and joy. This was my first ever panel beating experience, so needless to say, I was nervous as to how everything would turn out, likewise with anyone else as I would imagine.Kris mentioned to me that car should be ready by the end of the week (21st September 2018). I was also informed that if I ever wanted to pop in to see the vehicle being worked on, I was able to, which I thought was a plus! I popped in to have a look at my vehicle on Thursday 20th September, the car was just being prepped for paint, and as I took a tour around the vehicle, it looked incredible before it was even finished.The point that really hit the home run was that on Friday, knowing that the shop closes at 5pm, Kris sent me a message saying that he would stay behind until I arrived at the workshop as I needed to bus into Birkenhead from the CBD. I arrived to the shop at 5:35pm and approached Kris to go check out my car. When i saw it, the car was in pristine condition as I was told that the car was washed, cleaned, headlights polished, seats and handbrake covered to ensure that the vehicle is not contaminated in any way which exceeded my expectation of a panel beating company.By Accident takes pride in taking care of their customers vehicles which was evident when I arrived at the shop and saw mine. With the help of Kris and his team, my car was back on the road within less than a week, looking great and with a peace of mind that it was looked after by an incredible manager leading a talented group of individuals to perform to the highest standard possible. If I ever need any vehicle work done on my current or future cars, i'll be sure to come back to By Accident. Thanks for everything Kris.

Exceptional service from Kris and the team. I needed to pick up my car a day earlier than originally scheduled and they moved everything around to accommodate me. Car repairs looks great. Will definitely come back if we need any other repairs.

Took my ute in for a repair to the Tray and rear light lense. The repair to the damage was perfect but unfortunately the tray lid was not reinstalled properly and caused damage to the rear of the cab. Kris was very apologetic for the inconvenience and went above and beyond to ensure it was fixed in record time and a courtesy car was available to me immediately. Would highly recommend By Accident for the customer service I received and the quality of the repair after the remedial work. Cheers Kris!

Absolutely outstanding experience! Possibly the best service experience in any industry I have had for a long long time. Kris the owner was amazing. I had been recommended him to fix a damaged side panel, he gave me a well priced quote, got the job booked in, and it was completed ahead of time. Great job too. He even did some extra minor work without charge. Really can’t speak highly enough of this place. Won’t go anywhere else in the future. Thank you Kris and team.

I’ve always had a good experience here. It takes a bad experience to get here, namely an accident, but I can’t fault their service. Recommended
