Very good guys and they do really awesome jobs I definitely bring my car here more often to get cleaned

Not impressed. Even paid for Best quality Deluxe clean for interior and exterior, exterior was fine but for interior the boys need to work more on the vacuuming skill. Need to move the seats forward/back to clean underneath and also need to drop down windows to clean the top part. Also the time taken to clean was more than required and still some corners were not detailed. Apart from this need to prioritize the customer who came first not the dealers cars. Rest staff is friendly and the manager is knowledgeable.

I was disappointed with the service I received. My car was booked in for 1pm and I was told it would take 1.5 hours to complete. I came back after 2.5 hours and they hadn't even started my car. I had to wait for over an hour more while they cleaned my car and the job was disappointing. When I got home and lifted the back seats of our 7 seater it was clear this area hadn't even been cleaned. I rang to complain, they were apologetic and offered to clean that area if I took the car back but I had already wasted an afternoon and didn't have time to take up this option. I was offered a partial refund but they have never called back to actually arrange this. I tried calling and left a message but haven't heard back.

Took over half hour too long despite assurances they would be done in an hour. I even said i could come back in the afternoon when i had more time.Overcharged and didn't clean everywhere properly.Destroyed rego so i had to get a replacement.Just terrible overall

I did my car yesterday from westcity Henderson. I used to go to this site since last 2 years But they put me down yesterday as my experience was very bad. Vaccumm was missing. Cupholder side was dirty. Car glass was also dirty not cleaned properly. Alloy wheels were not cleaned. When I talked to staff they were not good in communication and understanding and asking each other what to say. Not punctual of time. Earlier my experience was good as they were having experienced staff but now their service was very poor and I had to go to other car wash company to clean my car thoroughly and had to pay again. Will never come back to this site.

Best price and excellent job done. Recommend to all. A+++++ will definitely come back again guys. Keep up the work.

Definitely not worth the $60 dollars. They should call them self The Almost Clean Car Wash". There was still dirt on the seats and floor. The plastics on the door seats werw still dirty and because they operate in the underground parking you cannot really see anything. You'll only realise when you get home what a poor job they actually did."

We took our Mini Cooper in on a last minute appointment to get ready for sale & they did an absolutely perfect job. Looked brand new when they had finished it. Thanks heaps & new owner was extremely impressed
