This in-house Property Manager is a very dishonest and troubling person and interested in free money.We rented the place here before and he gave us the surprises during renting and during tenancy. Very unprofessional. They say appliances included but No Washing Machine in my flat, Not-working lights, Kitchen Chimney filters in bad condition, very bad Mattresses, Gym not in use; in legal dispute I believe, Swimming pool and tennis court opened only after a year we rented there due to legal issues. He doesn't attend complaints most of the times despite continuous follow ups. We repaired the stuff by our own and no refund from this manager. I say you please make sure he provides facts in the ads and avoids last minute surprises to the tenants. Even he took advantage of our situation and gave 2 bedroom flat for $600 pw (paid for almost last 20 months) when everyone is paying only $550 pw. Moreover, water leakage (ceiling) problems inside the apartment. Not a trust worthy and not a genuine property manager.

My cousin live there, and I like her house!

Good houses and society. However for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, living space could be bigger.
