Went to look at a hot hatch. Asked to see the service book. It had a huge amount of service history missing which puts me off since hot hatches are meant to be driven enthusiastically. Sales person became weirdly aggressive about it as if I was personally accusing her of not servicing the car. She kept repeating doesn't mean it wasn't done". Yes

Rachel is very helpful, supportive and makes it less stressful for everyone. I brought a car from there and so far it has been great! I highly recommend going there for a car.
