Really easy to use website & app to order bottles. Great communications, letting me know the day it will be delivered - they were so efficient I slept through the early morning delivery & instal of the new bottle! Then they confirmed the delivery (since I slept through it, I had to check lol) Highly recommended

Been using Rockgas for almost 4 years and they great. Their app makes ordering gas so easy and you just forget about the rest! Such friendly delivery guys that even stop to pet our dog and give him a treat! If you not using Rockgas you should!

Recently signed up with Rockgas as the previous owner of the home recommended the company. This is our first-time having gas bottles, we unfortunately run out of gas this morning so I ordered two new bottles at 4.30am via the app knowing that delivery was today in my area. I also sent an email in the morning as well asking for delivery for today & called them first thing when they opened. I was told if I wanted delivery for today there would be an additional delivery fee of $230 - I was absolutely shocked as it was already a delivery day in my area. I feel a delivery fee is acceptable with same day delivery but $230 is outrageous!! How is that justified as the truck was already coming to my area, even if it wasn't coming that day $230 is excessive. I was thinking $50-$100 fee max is fair. Really disappointed in this company as a new customer!
