We've been using these storage facilities for 10 years. The place is dry, and our stuff never gets any dust. Their staff are so friendly and considerate, especially during the time of covid lockdowns. I highly recommend. Pricing is very reasonable.

Safe to say it was one of the best customer service I've ever had. =)The unit was kept nice and dry even after the crazy downpours late 2022 and early 2023.Thanks for keeping everything nice and dry and for being so helpful .Keep the awesome work, guys.Cheers! =)

The customer service was excellent, the ladies went above and beyond to help, from the move in, to when i moved out. All my belongings were dry and safe and I highly recommend Storage4you if you are needing a safe secure dry space to store your things.

Most unhelpful asked for a certain sized unit but wouldn't oblige due to being on a benefit because they said WINZ wouldnt pay for that size, even though we were paying cash ourselves and two months in advance, kept getting locked in(pass code wouldn't work) and weren't going to give us the courtesy truck as stated in their ad until we kept insisting we were entitled to it......

Really happy with my Storage4U experience, thank you - and this is the second time I've used them, and I definitely would again. Our first time, we stored large household items for many years, readily moving to smaller storage units as time progressed, and this time I had a small unit for 2 months. The service provided is very professional and the staff is cheerful, friendly and helpful, and promptly act upon requests. The environment is scrupulously clean, easy to access (lifts/stairs/wide doors/trolleys), has recycling and restroom facilities and feels very safe and secure. I thoroughly recommend them.
