It’s on the way to or from the northern motorway so it’s a regular stop if I’ve gotta do a quick pick up for mid week dinner. Excellent selection, lots of vegan and organic foods and excellent cheese selection.

We shop here when ever we are visiting from Australia. This shop has everything, lotto, fresh seafood and so many things you can buy to take back home to Australia. I can't believe the craft beer selection at this shop. In Australia it costs us about $15 a beer to try new Zealand craft beer. So to have a shop so close with such a good selection of beers is so good.

Always love coming in. Amazing selection of produce and the bakery section is the best I've seen in a supermarket. Excellent sandwiches and pastas for lunch, and great hot options too like lasagna and meat cuts.

Had a humiliating experience here where I was treated like a criminal and kept at the checkouts for over half an hour crying, for paying for my click and collect order with my partner's credit card. They called me and lied before I came to collect to get me to come pay at their customer service desk. I did so, card in hand, but they were too busy thinking they'd caught a credit card fraudster to think straight. They even had me call my partner, who confirmed it was his card, the card number, and that I had the authority to use it, but then still told me off and said I couldn't use it. The store manager offered me a voucher, but refused to get the staff members to apologise. I declined the voucher as all I really want is for the staff to learn to treat other people as humans. That would have been enough.

Great stock. Like sliding down the ramp on my trolley. Always have always will, won’t apologise for that. Except for when I bowled over that middle aged man. That I am sorry for. They could definitely do with more of a lolly selection too.

This is a great shop with a HUGE variety of foods and drinks. It seemed a bit dearer than other stores, but as I said, they have a lot of different things, and their food presentation is fantastic, as the attached photos show.So if you are wanting to do your weekly shop or pick up a plate to take to a dinner party or a picnic or even a late night feast then this would ve a great store to go to....They have parking underneath the shop which is handy as not a lot outside.Happy Shopping

There is a commendable supermarket located in the CBD that offers well-proportioned sandwiches. However, parking poses a significant challenge in this area, as a mere 30 minutes is insufficient to navigate and explore the surroundings adequately. In my opinion, extending the parking duration to 45 minutes would be a reasonable adjustment to accommodate visitors and enhance their overall experience.

We’ve been going here for years. Over the last several months though, every time we go in there’s a non uniform African chap (we’re guessing security) who susses my wife and I out and follows us around the store, glaring at us. Today this came to a head when he literally followed us to the self checkout. Not keen on being profiled and treated like a criminal every time we visit.Add to this grape-gate 2023… green grapes said $7-8 per bag, went to the checkout, the scan doesn’t work, receptionist weighs it, and charges us $12.And the salad-gate 2022 when we had an old chap in the salad section accidentally add a zero, resulting in us paying over $30 for some salad in a container instead of $3… we didn’t pick it up until we got home. Three strikes is enough, deuces, we’re better off heading to Herne Bay countdown

Yeah i love this new world,good location near the victoria park market large fresh hot and cold selections available loads of groceries,alcohol,lotto counter.parking was so easy underneath the store.i definately shop here.

Best New World I have been to,So many extra products. Plenty of stock.Easy parking.The staff are busy though always happy to help. It is great having a coffee stand which makes great coffee.Highly recommended.
