Was very disappointed to get home and find half a punnet of chips and a burger that looked like it was thrown at the box, always check your drive through order before leaving

The best McDonald's I've been to. Really busy at the time but everything was of a very high standard. Staff, Food and service could not be faulted. Very good value for money.

Been to this location twice as it's on the way in and out of Auckland.Bathrooms are clean and unlike other locations, they're not out of half the menu. There is a ton of seating and all ordering inside is done by kiosk. There is a drive thru.If you're from the US, your mobile app will NOT work here, nor will you be able to make an account without an NZ email address to get deals or use the WiFi longer than 30 minutes per day, regardless of location.I wish the sundaes were half the size for half the price. They're enough for 2 people to share and cost $5.40 for the chocolate dipped one. All the desserts are on the expensive side for NZ prices.Visited February 2023

Ideal rest-stop when travelling. Toilets are usually clean, food service is quick and you can see that this team works really well together. The food is still McDonalds standard fare, so no Michelin stars...

Good food and convenient location for long trips. However the staff are the highlight. Over several visits, staff have been polite, cheerful and helpful. Their quality of service and friendliness definitely makes for a pleasant experience.

Sad to say but service was way below par. Staff dropped food down on counter and didnt seem to care,one staff member had his pants so low he could hardly walk and you could clearly see his underwear.McDonald's global wouldnt be pleased at all.. not so sure i will be back at this McDonalds.

Good service. When our burger came back with cheese (we ordered no cheese), the team quickly rectified it. Parking is good. The toilets were clean. Nice work, team.
