My After School Headquarters

Terrible service from headquarters. I was pleased when my childrens school decided to find an alternative before and after school provider.I have had a couple of issues with billing and find it almost impossible to get an answer from headquarters when I raise a query. Numerous emails and phonecalls later and they continue to chase me for payment of a long session that my child did not attend and was also not booked for.

The 'leaders' give unfair punishments to children for no reason. Do not put your child here, they aren't well taken care of by any of the leaders. Not to mention the terrible service from headquarters and the billing issues.

Worst place i have ever gone with. They ring an cancel a day on hoilday program 5mins before i go drop my kids off, then i send them another day to get phone call at 11.30 saying to come get my kids as they dont have another teacher lined up so they canceled rest of the day then get email saying we wont be billed for that Wednesday yet its on my invoice, iv rang an emailed several times an still 2 weeks later nothing has been done, i feel i shouldn't pay at all now, definitely wont be sending my kids again

I have used Mash for sometime and whoever is responsible for the admin/bookings/invoicing must have left, otherwise has a phobia of customer service. No response to emails, appalling communication and no care factor. Makes me question how well my child was being looked after. Would never recommend to anyone, will look at every other option.

They don't deserve one star! Their behavior as a company is disgusting, office is useless and teachers let kids bully each other. No more comment.

Absolutely terrible communication & service. I'm hoping this bad review will prompt someone to reply to my many emails requesting my overdue account" be looked at.I had enrolled 2x kids 1 of Children has ASD the programme providers were fully aware of this and coping mechanisms to help. In the end it just didn't work out for both children. Bullying was a massive issue for both of my kids my child with ASD was being bullied constantly therefore acting out while my other child witness it and became upset

Absolute nightmare. I’ve been trying to sort an issue for over a year. I received two different invoices for both of my children who attended at the exact same times. I was told I’d hear back from someone and never did, tried to chase it but nothing. Now threatened with debt collection. Tried to email in regards to this; got an auto response saying it’ll take days. Tried to call, no answer. I cannot fathom how this company is still going and I absolutely do not recommend to anyone ESPECIALLY busy parents who don’t have time for this.

Disgusting manager James and his staff. Was recommended by barnadoes to enrol my autistic son in this programme for social skills and fun. Costed $300 a week and James then rung and said he heard through somewhere that my son needed a caregiver with him during school and he wasn't able to take my son on the programme no more. He discriminates against disabled children and their parents and he also listens to nasty gossip from other families to draw these conclusions. Only wants your money and nothing else. The leader Jamie also broke confidentiality and discusses other childrens behaviour and medical conditions as though it is fine to announce it. It needs to be shut down because they take government subsidies from winz as it is Oscar accredited" however he picks and chooses the kids who can access it. It's not a private program and is meant to service the local community. Not true. James will never understand anything because he does not have a child with disability. There are much better programmes for children such as YMCA and Rawhiti sports. Vote with your feet and AVOID this one. Also didn't offer refunds and kept billing me after he said child not welcome in the programme!!"

The staff at the site are amazing, I would happily recommend the care staff but head office and accounts team..................... where do I begin, worst customer service experience ever.

Terrible service, don't answer emails & its nearly impossible to get hold of anybody over the phone and if you do they say they will get someone to call you back and never do. Accounts misplaced my money and then found it and refused to pay it back. After 5 months of back and forth and so much time spent on emails, citizens advise etc they finally agree to give it back, however I still have not received the actual money in my account. Absolute headache. Do not recommend.
