The staff members seem nice... but a few not so clued up. Missed our Wicked Wings in both our meals... went to get them the next day. Rung them... they would put in our order, only to get down there and they couldn't find it... because they put it in the person's behind order (drive through) and tried to charge me for their order after I already paid for ours. And this photo... there are more spoons than there were chicken pieces in our Bucket meal (different order). Bad KFC for wasting and normally people would just put these in the land fill. I have tons of spoons that I will be handing back too you!!

You needvto do something about your staff. Stood in line with 2 people in front of me, after 45 minutes waiting to be served I left. Also need to teach your staff not to handle your food with gloves on, going from serving to doing orders, this is called cross contamination

Waited for 45 minutes to go through drive through with only 4 cars in front of us which was slack but didn’t bother me. They forgot our drinks so went inside and stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes with no one else at the counter, no one bothered to talk to me then when someone came to serve they looked at the person that had just walked in to take their order, extremely rude, if you want this business to stay open I would sack your staff and hire people who thrive in customer service or train them because this is the reason your store isn’t packed with customers at 6.00 on a Saturday night.

Had dinner here in March 2023. The place is true to the KFC brand Australasia wide - grubby, nowhere clean to sit, full garbages. Food was OK. Speed of service was OK, although unfortunately food orders were being sat in the puddle of spilled soft drink on the delivery area of the counter.

Normally service is good took 35 minutes to get my order today after ordering it, things need to run more smoothy more trained staff with urgency and being accurate shouldn't take 35 minutes to get your order then they give you someone else's order that came after you ordered, theirs only 5 people in the store, bacon was uncooked, chips were cold and half full, overall experience was pretty bad, they need alot of improvement to cut down errors and service time, some training with being more accurate and speed.

Stuffed up order & then wouldn't give us all of what we'd paid for. Also poured so much sauce on burgers they couldn't be eaten & that was after they had already fixed them the 1st timeJust a terrible place

Worst kfc experience I’ve had in my life. Service was ok but the food tasted like it was days old. Chips soft and soggy, burger tasted like nothing, chickenwings not crispy and dry. This ruined kfc for me, didn’t even want to finish the food

Went today for eat in lunch was super slow service not a pleasent atmosphere everybody looked like they didn't want to be there no smiles very salty chips stuffed up our drinks and dry chicken

Look it's a KFC OK, so my ratings are comparative to other KFC stores! Food always hot and clean looking. Service, team are friendly and fast. Store is tidy and fresh.

Hands down this was the worst customer service my family and I have ever experienced at a KFC restaurant! We placed an order at the drive-thru and proceeded to the pick-up window. We realized that we forgot to request that no seasoning be added to our fries, so we tried to get the attention of the customer service agent at the payment/pick-up window but we were completely ignored (she looked up and didn't acknowledge us). When she finally came to the window to take our payment, we explained why we were trying to get her attention, she in turn told us that she was busy packing our order and taking other orders and that in future we need to just wait. We pointed out to her that we were waiting patiently, but that we were simply trying to get her attention prior to her packing our meals. She reiterated in a derogatory manner that she was busy and that we needed to just wait. We then asked to speak to the manager. The manager came to the window and was even more rude than her employee! She proceeded to tell us that she was watching our conversation and falsely accused me of having an intimidating look on my face while speaking to her employee. My husband and I were completely shocked. I spoke to her employee respectfully and I did not have an intimidating look on my face. (What would be the point of my doing that? I am always extremely careful when dealing with people who are handling my food.) I explained the situation to her again and it was obvious from her response that she was not empathetic to what I said and in fact she attempted to justify her employee repeatedly ignoring our attempts to get her attention. My husband and I looked at each other and in a split second decided to take our business elsewhere! We drove off!KFC Motueka, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
