Vivo Hair Salon Hinemoa St

What a joke of a place. Firstly they dont take cash anymore. As far as I am aware it is still legal tender. They say its to reduce burglary bla bla bla. The new client package is not a special at all. $220. That is what my regular salon charges for a colour and a cut. I got a hair cut and they charged me $75 and they didnt even wash my hair. I would never go back there ever.

One of the best hair cutting/ styling experiences I have had. Danilo cut my hair. Hair wash felt great! Loved his professionalism. I really like the cut. I got exactly what I asked for.

Staff were friendly, I felt a bit ignored my stylest looked a bit distracted, made me feel like a bit of a inconvenience, I'm disappointed in the cut my fringe isn't even, I'm not a fan of the colour paid alot of money for something im not happy with.

Great cut, great communication too. Very happy.

On holiday here for a few days and my teenage daughter overdue for a trim. We made an appointment with Vivo and ended up with Jessica . How lucky for us. Super thorough, great advices and what an awesome job she did. She would be our girl if we would live here! Thanks for everything, you are such a nice warm lady! And we know where to go in rotorua for donuts, dumplings and dinner! All the best Jessica!

It pains me to write this review but I am extremely disappointed with how my hair turned out today. I asked for a very natural brunette colour (I am brunette and I was just wanting features lightened in a balayage style). My hair is now completely blonde and is not what we discussed during the consultation. I am so upset and embarrassed with my hair.

I had the kerasilk treatment done by Dan, who is absolutely amazing. I have had the treatment done many times before but no one has ever paid more attention and care to my hair/hair type like he has. I’ll even come back for the travels to get my hair redone with him.

I had Paige who was lovely and we got a good colour. However, i emailed vivo from the website as I was overcharged for my new client package but didn't realize until i got home and had a question regarding the opalex treatment. My questions were sent on to the regional manager and it took almost 2 weeks to hear anything back. I emailed them twice in that time to see where things were at. When i got an email back the opalex treatment was explained better to me (as i thought i never received it because the ones I've always had were applied at the basin and this one was only applied to the colour) but i was told i was charged full price for a cut which wasn't included in the package.. but online states that it is and i told her that. i was offered a refund of the overcharged amount but since giving my details i have no refund and haven't heard back from her. I had booked an appointment at the time to go back which i will be cancelling because the whole experience was disappointing
