Haresh is the best physio!He is hugely insightful, and has a great holistic knowledge of movement and recovery.I've never felt more confident in my recovery process - and I've had a lot of injuries and visited a lot of physios.

Went here based on all the good reviews. Had a pinched nerve, but I got the wrong exercises, making the pain much worse. Physio also didn't seem very confident.Went to a GP who referred me to Action Physio which has done a much better job.Sorry, can't recommend Teamphysio.

Been going to Haresh and my daughter to his colleague now for a few years for neck, back, shoulder arm and anything that hurts. Convinced he performs miracles with massage and dry needling. Certainly knows his stuff . Professional and focused.

Really awesome Physio. Just started there but am already impressed with their friendly and professional approach. Way better than other physio's we have been to and very well suited to young sports people.
