Having me and my son out today for not being on tenancy knowing our situation with my mother having her strokes and being out into a rest homenot even two days out off the hospital three months later and I was given a notice not even any proper care or help n assistance , and been living in this house ten years plus not to mention I'm on the public housing waiting list.. Is unfair?

Horrible services after receiving an apology I learnt from the only good one I've met in this office that they also gossip about and gasbag the tenants in their workplace. Not surprised after a few horrible years of being discriminated, bullied and treated as a personal piggy bank by the APL office here in Tauranga. Unprofessional people who will use your disabilities against you. Never get jobs finished. Only repair things they can charge back onto tenants. Our tenancy manager told us today that our families needs are not her problem or responsibility, whenever we need serious repairs done this is the same excuse we hear from accesbile properties tenancy managers that's not my responsibility or we can't do that or we will look into that. You will only hear about it when they want more money or they're getting in done but your paying for it. Ignore your issues for years on end refuse to note things down then play victim and blame it on you, tell you it's not their responsibility and call you ignorant in their office amongst their peers most disgusting treatment I've experienced in my adult years they run the office like a bunch of money hungry mean girls. Stingy when it comes to wasting money on making your house more economical and livable but will fork out and put their careers on the line unfairly charging and falsifying things to make as much of a buck out of.you. Not what you'd expect from social housing let alone accessible properties
