Set aside a PS5 and had it ready and waiting. Couldn't find one anywhere else. Apollo was great with customer service.Only downside is the mall wide issue with non-existent internet connection for online bank transfers etc. Not EB Games fault but have that all ready before heading in to purchase.

Been a customer with this store for years .I wish I said something sooner.There customer service is 100% always greeting customers an asking them if they need any help within seconds.Also always going the extra mile to help a me out.Excellent knowledge of games.Good range of games an game merchandise/models .

I visited the Hornby store today looking for a PS5 headset. I have never had such a bad experience in any store before. The staff member was extremely rude, passive aggressive and sarcastic! The website showed that they had the headphones in stock and I the staff member said if I really want him to go and look in the store room he will. He came back and threw a Xbox headset in front of me which I obviously didn’t want. After all the sarcastic comments he made I’m never stepping foot in that store again. I ended up buying them elsewhere even though I had to pay $40 extra.

Great place for gamers to pick up merch and new titles. The shop is well presented, and the staff know what they're talking about, which is a big plus in my book. I will happily shop here in the future.

Impressive customer service. I was served by Annabel, she went above and beyond to help me. There were two members in the store, both were helpful and friendly. Thank you for replacing the game which I received as gift.
