Awesome service with Jack the owner.He managed to track down custom solid timber flooring to match our kitchen and furnishings. He went above and beyond and smashed the competitors price by a mile. Can’t wait to see it installed.

Great communication across the board. Came when they said they would and did a fantastic job. We had an issue with one of our floor boards (manufacturers fault, not theirs) and they were back to fix it straight away. Will be using Prime Floors again in future for sure. 10/10

Cannot recommend this team enough, we’ve had a terrible time dealing with TWO different flooring companies and have been living with concrete for almost 7 months now.Everyone we dealt with from prime were so compassionate and understanding, their customer service is truly next to none.Jack came out to look at the job and went above and beyond to help us during the busiest time of the year, giving us all the information we needed, finally making us feel heard after such a rough flooring journey.They know exactly what they’re doing and were the first company that truly seemed 100% confident. They want to ensure you have stunning flooring you’re 100% happy with, you aren’t just $ signs to them.Honestly, I cannot recommend this company enough. They have absolutely saved us after a rather stressful experience elsewhere, I would give them 10 stars if I could!This team is incredible.

These people were very professional. Their sales person, Garry, was excellent - good with follow-up and organisation. Their floor layer, Jeff, was skilled and a perfectionist. Their price was very competitive and the job was finished on time, to plan and to a very high standard. I recommend them highly.

Very happy with my new engineered wood flooring (Quickstep Palazzo in limed grey) installed by Prime Floors. Richard was a pleasant to deal with, genuinely accommodating and supportive and Neil the installer was very efficient and thorough.Very highly recommended flooring company.

Jack came to our place for a measure and quote. The price was very reasonable, and gave us expert advice along the way for our renovation. Not to say the installation was done to perfection (I am a very very picky person), we are loving our new floors!Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. We changed our carpets to laminate and Jarrod made everything look easy. Starting from the quote to the final installation... there were hiccups due to COVID environment but everything fell in place and project successfully completed. We are not just a satisfied customer but a delighted one!

Love my new quickstep laminate flooring, the team at Prime floors have been great to deal with, the delivery driver, installer, sales staff Thank you.Covid & product shipping delays meant a delay on the job but was worth waiting for. Colours look amazing (Had to work with cedar ceiling, black balustrade, rimu furniture, existing tiles) I was offered a deposit refund if I wanted to choose another product/installer etc but definitely worth the wait. Other companies wanted to just lay on existing base flooring but prime floors were the only company who suggested levelling compound which my floor did require in a couple of areas. Thanks Jessica for keeping me informed along the way. Highly recommend Prime floors.
