quality gym, great location, good equipment good rangemy only problems is the lack a space in the free weight area and how the main big window has no sun shade; when your on the treadmill the sun blinds your eyes which makes it very hard to do cardio

Great place. Only downside is some stuff is in pounds and not kgs so it gets super confusing going between the different flex gyms. But it's still 5 stars regardless. Great gym great people. Good gear....lesgo

Been with this gym for 3 years. Very clean gym. Not a huge fan of Skilled athletics taking over apart of the space, now it feels smaller and more restricted to stretching space. And dislike the fact that there are no more free classes like before, now I travel to chartwel for free sessions. Team are friendly and good otherwise

I have been a member of this gym for the past 7 months, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. However, I recently faced an issue with the guest policy that has left me feeling confused and disappointed.Every time I have brought a guest during staff hours in the past, they were simply required to fill out a form and were not asked to pay a fee. SURPRISINGLY, today the receptionist asked my guest to pay a $15 fee.Does has the policy changed!!!! If yes, why i have not received any update about it?!

Pretty good gym, very nice showers and facilities.The staff here are helpful and friendly, equipment is good.The gym is a decent size with spaces set a decent distance apart for a good working area.They offer good priced smoothies and protein shakes which they can make for you - they’re very good.The hero of Te Rapa Flex in particular is a large back room with some cardio equipment and two squat racks which is perfect for free weight work outs. There is an AUX in so you can play whatever music you like and it’s quite private back there.Not my favourite gym but a definite second!Definitely recommend.

Best gym in Hamilton. The owner is extremely friendly and always makes sure that everything is clean and the equipments are performing at their best.Highly recommend coming from crapy unfriendly Snap fitness gray St.

Love this gym. Relaxed surroundings. Perfect for anyone lookn to start a gym but a lil nervous. Highly recomend flex fitness hamilton. Awesome equipment, and cool staff.

My first experience with flex wasn't great. I turned up for my free consult and no trainer arrived. Got stone walled trying to book a new one, as I was having issues I was offered a free 7 day trail for fast fit. Other than this the gym has a great vibe and atmosphere the view from the cardio machines is amazing and the staff nice.

thought i had left a review for this gym previously but hadn't - so leaving one now.avoid it at all costs. tl,dr: they allowed their direct debit company to steal $350 from me and did nothing about it to stop this happening or remedy fix it. they stole my entire living costs for that fortnight and acted like it wasn't their problem.i was a member of this gym four 3-4 years since shifting to hamilton and over all had a good experience when things were running smoothly there. however the minute i needed management to step in and do their jobs the cracks in this place really started to show.i had no issues until i rejoined and their direct debit company started issuing me with fines acting like i had not paid my memberships and taking money from my account constantly until i had none left. i contacted debit success and sent evidence along with a letter from my local branch manager all showing that my membership fee had left my account on every occassion that i was charged (as well as the many false insufficient funds" charges they pinged me as well) direct debit said they would only deal with the gym so i took the issue up with the gym (all the while debit success was continually pulling my fortnightly gym fee from my account DAILY until i had no money left). they gym took it up with debit success and debit success tried to claim that i never had sufficient funds despite mounting evidence proving otherwise. the gym came back to me and said there was nothing they could do
