Pointless calling... No one ever answer's or return calls

I went in to purchase dry ice in the Hamilton Branch, having got it there 2018, 2019 and 2020. Upon arrival they tell me they don't stock the item and it has to be ordered in. I order it to be delivered the following week. It doesn't turn up. They tell me someone will call to tell me when the next day it will arrive. They say 2pm it's now 3.10pm and still not here. It use to cost me $35 for the product in 2018, in 2020 its cost $41. Now I have to order twice as much, have it delivered and its costs $150. I've been billed but its not here. The person organised to help with the job gets told to stay home and I am juggling all other jobs around it.

Super late in delivering gas. Asked many times kept saying next wk. Today is 2 wks after the date they said. Terrible tracking, especially for special gas mix used for important diagnostics use.
