Went for advice on how to start civil action as I had no idea. Walked in and secured appointment for the following hour.Receptionist very efficient.Although the Maori female lawyers name escapes me, I am thankful to her, and, her organization for putting me on the right track. Info given was invaluable and relevant.

I POSTED A MESSAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND WAITED FOR OVER A WEEK FOR THEM TO MAKE CONTACT. IN THE END I CALLED AND WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE. I FOUND WHAT I NEEDED WITHOUT HBCLC's ASSISTANCE. I EXPECTED A BETTER RESPONSE.
