I attended my close friends wedding a couple of weeks ago and was highly impressed with the quality of the service. The caterers were friendly and highly professional, they were very attentive at the bar and organised when it came to directing each table to the buffet. The food was also amazing. Well done on a flawless job!

Can’t speak highly enough of the fabulous food and service and professionalism and communication of Tayla and the team when putting on the RWNZ annual awards. Covid meant we put this event on at very short notice. It streamed live with Wellington and Queenstown and can’t recommend Kerr and Ladbrook highly enough. Attended my cousins beautiful wedding the other weekend at Woodlands Estate Homestead. Kerr & Ladbrook were the caterers and i cant think of anything good to say. The service was poor and the food wasnt the best. When asking waiter staff for help or information they didnt have a clue and they also seemed to not care. As for the food, the table i was sitting at and also another table across from us got next to no canapes as for the other tables that were constantly served. Was looking forward to dinner but that was also an anticlimax. Very disappointing for such a great day.

Kerr & Ladbrook catered for our wedding reception dinner at Woodside Estate on 25.02.2023 and the buffet food was absolutely scrumptious. I was so excited to have Kerr & Ladbrook cater my wedding but there was such a lack of transparency, different reasons given, and playing dumb when we asked for our refund (which we're still waiting on) and why certain things weren't done that had been discussed beforehand.

The Kerr and Ladbrook team catered our Wedding at Woodside Estate on 4th January 2019, they were fantastic to deal with. Lisa is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted and also helped us with setting out the order of events for the afternoon and evening. The catering team were in the background the whole evening with no fuss or bother, making sure all our guests dietary requirements were taken care of. The feedback we had from guests was very positive, everyone was well fed with the delicious food! Thank you.

I attended a wedding catered by Kerr and Ladbrook last week and if this is their standard, I fail to see how they claim to be Award winning. During the serving of canapes the serving staff seemed incapable of covering every table and despite requests brought limited offerings to some tables. The buffet was underwhelming, I have had better at a food truck. We enjoyed a lovely day just a shame the catering did little to add to the occasion.
