I specifically chose this place based on the positive feedback I had read online. I was expecting really great customer service, as per the website, but received a somewhat cold welcome when I dropped my car off for a service. I paid for a silver service which involved a car wash. The car came back unwashed with just some shine on the tires. They had also scraped my old service sticker off the windscreen and left a mess inside the car from it. Its the little things that count for me, and this just didn't hit the mark.

Awful. Didn't really want to know me. Felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. They blamed Covid for everything and indicated my car wasn't a priority ahead of cars that came in after mine. They weren't happy about giving me an idea of costs, then told me it was all too much of a drama and I can come and get my car and go elsewhere. So I did. Won't be back and suggest others look elsewhere.

Hutt city Auto services helped me with the inspection when I bought a new car from 2 Cheap Cars dealers. Paul in his detailed inspection found out crucial faults with the car which was missed in VTNZ WOF inspection. Paul was very communicative at every stage of getting the car repaired along with the approximate charges to help me make an informed decision. Highly recommend Hutt city Auto services for the good health of your car and Paul's amazing customer service skills.

Dropped in with what I thought was a major expensive problem without an appointment and Paul had a quick look found it was just a dry fan belt, put a bit of lube on, didn't even charge me.Great service from honest people who know what they're doing.Thanks again.
