Absolutely appalled by fat hippos service and attitude. They promised me they were working hard on my project only to completely ignore all my emails and provide me with nothing. I lost months of time on my project thinking all the while they’re we’re working to get me my drawings. Nathan didn’t ever have the decency to provide an excuse or explanation. Just simply continued to ignore my correspondence.

Great company to work with for our renovations (putting an en-suite in).They were pretty much the only outfit that got back to me when I reached out to a few companies to enquire about quotes. They came around promptly, did measurements and gave us a very reasonable quote. All the paperwork were filed to city council in a timely manner, and they were flexible about payment method and timing.Highly recommend
