The 2 indian girl's is not helpful and bad customer service they didn't help us to get Ird and we provide everything what the Chinese lady said. But Thank you to the Chinese lady she help us very well Kudos to you..

The staff member was very unhelpful during my visit, she didnt seem interested in helping out at all, just points you to the kiosk without any proper explanation, and forgot (or just didnt want to) to stamp and sign printed documents as official documents…IRD really needs to get better staff!!!

You need to be prepared for waiting time. There is only one person at reception. You wouldn't able to talk to someone face to face properly. The lady tried to help me and given me information however she was already too busy. You wouldn't able to take your time to ask questions and understanding your situation.
