A brilliant experience, very helpful with arranging a suitable time to come and measure up, staff were very knowledgeable when recommending selections in store to suit our lifestyle and great communication in regard to our quote. Really helpful and the flooring looks great.I was expecting to have real trouble picking which flooring to go with as I'm not good with colours.Instead, Aleah made the experience easy. She brought our colored card in the approx colour of my kitchen cupboards so that I could visualise what the flooring would look like in the space. She also helped me narrow down what I wanted, very quickly.

Van Dyks Flooring Xtra replaced the carpet in our house a few months back. Our experience was superb. We had good communication from Day 1 and the carpet went down on the planned day around the painters. The team at Van Dyks were all very helpful with choosing the right carpet for us and giving us recommended options for vinyl vs carpet.This is the 4th time we have used Flooring Xtra for our own home and for our rental properties and each time we have had superb experience and good value for money.

We were a bit disappointed with the service spilt glue and didnt return our call as promised. Staples left on lawn well away from work area and ended up in my foot. Didn't put doors back on hinges before leaving site for 5 days. Although not a terrible experience Could have been a much better experience for a small amount of effort. NEVER AGAIN will I use or recommend to another person I would rather pay more and recieve some level of service

I can highly recommend Van Dyks Flooring Xtra. I was referred to them by one of their competitors as I specifically wanted a Godfrey Hirst carpet which they stocked. Richard was great to deal with and the installation (which had to occur around a major renovation) went without a hitch. Van Dyks are a great local company and I would definitely buy from them again.
