Most excellent. Been going to Bruce for the past 16 years. I have a tricky prescription and Bruce nails it every time. Good selection of glasses too. Highly recommended.

I have recently replaced my glasses after many years! The service at this place is amazing. The technician who tested my eyes was simply outstanding. I have never received such personable and understanding service from a health professional in my life! She directed the examination professionally and her communication skills were outstanding which resulted in a very pleasurable experience. The front of house staff were also exceptional. I was given wonderful advice when choosing my frames and when I went to pick up my new glasses the assistant checked the fit and supplied me with a new case, cleaning materials and advise on care of my glasses. Overall I give this place 10 out of 10 for service!

Having recently accompanied my Grandpa to his most recent appointment I was completely blown away by the service that was provided!The reception area is very welcoming and despite it being the first time dealing with Shannon (having previously dealt with Bruce) she approached the entire process in a gentle yet effective and efficient manner. This ensured that my grandfather quickly developed a great level of confidence in her abilities and is looking forward to receiving his new lens!Huge thanks to all the team for your patience with us, and providing us with various options going forward as well :)

Have been going to this Practice since 2007 . They provide a brilliant service . Extremely thorough. Patient orientated. Technically excellent and with the latest equipment . Dealt with the same people over long periods of time . Current Optometrist for last few years is Germaine who is outstanding . Front of house team are top notch and the same great people are there year after year to help with frame selection etc which speaks volumes about the business.

So today i had a fair bit of pain in my right eye , the first Optometrist i could get to was in Clyde Road Browns Bay ,they didn't seem interested when i explained my eye was bloody sore and said come back later we are busy so i went to the next Optometrist which was Nicholls and Associates , again I said I'm in pain , They said sit down we are busy but will squeeze you in somewhere your eye looks like it needs treatment ASAP , the eye certainly did and I'm grateful to Nicholls and Associates Receptionist for the observation and consideration and Shannon the Optometrist for a quick examination and the appropriate treatment . HAS TO BE FIVE STARS.
