If anyone is looking for a convenient and easy-going transaction with a party hire service, DON'T USE THIS ONE.We had an unpleasant experience involving little-to-no contact, as well as an unexpected price change ON THE DAY we were to receive materials; we were not notified beforehand that the service didn't have the stock we originally agreed upon, and were forced to sign for more expensive and incorrect equipment (something we couldn't rectify because they had already arrived to the venue with the items.)Alongside this complication, the communication on their part was equally as bad. When I finally could get a hold of them, they were rude and abrupt - talking over me in a condescending fashion, and had little empathy to the obvious inconvenience regarding time management. They arrived two+ hours later than the time arranged to pick up their materials, which put me behind in my schedule. Needless to say, I will not be utilising this service again, and will do well in discouraging this company to those I know, should they be requiring party hire business.

Bad service. Unprofessional. Called to enquire about hiring chairs. Responds rudely “not now!” Don’t even bother with this service. Shouldn’t even be in business if you can’t deal with customers.

Needing tables the night before and found these guys online, by far the cheapest in town. $30 bond for hireage and will return upon goods returned in good condition.

The WORST customer service ive ever come across! When you pay nearly $1000 to hire things, when you go to pick up you have to count it and bag it yourself especially chair covers and sashes. Happened to me twice dealing with him. And when you enquire about other things hes too busy and just brushes you off. Table cloths and chair covers dirty. If you spend heaps, good luck on getting a discount. The most greedy as Indian ive ever come across.

Arrogant and unprofessional guy. If anyone looking for hire anything don't spoil your party with this guy.

Great service from these guys, hired a heap of items for my dad's unveiling last Friday, prices are affordable,great quality items, would totally be hiring from them again!

!!!! VERY RUDE, ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!Even after looking at the low google reviews and negative comments I thought of giving you a shot - No wonder you have so many negative comments. Your way of talking to people is truly PATHETIC !!!When asked you have time to talk said - YES". They said will deliver 1 day before the event and take their stuff the next day.When I asked if any extra charges for it? This was the response- "Did I say anywhere any extra charges?" And hung up the phone instantly.This is truly unprofessional
