I have been looking for an Auckland-based tailor able to do quality suit alterations for some time.I was alerted to Perfect Tailors in Newmarket by a friend, and the reviews were all very positive.I have now had three suits altered by Perfect Tailors over recent weeks, and I am delighted with the high attention to detail, fit and shape.My required alterations were all on tailored suits. The original fall and shape were preserved while adjusting for (minor) changes in body shape. The suits had been originally tailored overseas and one in particular had never felt 100% - those issues were sorted perfectly in the alterations by Perfect Tailors.I'm delighted with the quality of the work, and can certainly recommend Perfect Tailors to any gent (of a certain age !) looking to have a quality suit altered.

This was an amazing experience! Out of all the tailors I’ve used, this was hands down the best one. I got my suit back in time for my event, and it looked even better than I imagined! This is the only tailor I’m using from now on.

It isn't often that I post reviews but I believe Perfect Tailors is absolutely deserving of one. The owner recognised me even after almost three years since I've last been.Not only providing a high quality tailoring service, his great customer service is the cherry on top.

They stitched my Kathmandu jacket sleeve so it almost invisible. Great work! Highly recommend.

Got my 3 piece wedding suit and shirt tailored here. Lingham measured me up in 20mins and I trusted him to do the rest. The suit came out perfectly! No other amends were necessary, was spot on the first time. Pricing was fair and the time to completion was exactly as projected. Lingham is also the friendliest guy ever! Will definitely come back here again for my next suit.

I use them for tailoring (zips, hems, taking in at the waist) and dry cleaning and this is a great service at a better price than the corporates. Perfect tailors, indeed
