Segafredo Zanetti NZ

We regularly order our coffee supplies from Segafredo for our domestic needs in a small rural town in the South Island.We find the price, including shipping, to be competitive with that of local retailers but more importantly the quality is consistently high. In the few years we have been using this supplier we have not had any of our past problems with ruined expensive grinders that have encountered contamination such as stones from suppliers with lesser quality standards. Generally it takes only a couple of days or so from order to delivery to our door. We will continue to use this supplier.

Okay soo.. I’m new to the coffee scene. But these guys. Omgoodness THE BEST coffee I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The best flavours and freshness, the silky smooth texture, sweet tasting. Thank you guys. Amazing.

Since my initial review below, the company has replaced the coffee machine and has also given me a kilo of coffee beans and a pack of ground decaf coffee. Much appreciated. Thank you Francesco.Spent $1895 on a coffee machine. Malfunctioned within 6 weeks. Service coordinator accused me of using the wrong grind of coffee and causing the problem. A few weeks later the machine failed again. Again accused of misuse. Company repaired it but would not comply with Consumer Guarantees Act and give me a refund. The service coordinator appears to be psychic and knows when you have used the wrong coffee and misused a coffee machine. Caveat emptor, Buyer Beware!
