My partner got me a $100 voucher for Christmas 2021, I booked in 3 seperate times, all cancelled on the same day hours before (I had to close my business everytime to come in as we have same opening hours). After the 3 cancellations I gave up and emailed asking for a refund as I am entitled to it (everyone is, especially after being cancelled 3 times). 2 weeks later no reply so I messaged on Instagram. They just kept saying no. A friend of mine booked in for a few things as she used to go there and I messaged bee beauty to say my friend will be using the voucher (they did say to me I could give away or sell the voucher) and they said no it doesn’t work like that and then text my friend saying they’re uncomfortable with my message and cancelled her an hour before her appointment.Many people have said to contact tribunal because of how unprofessional they are, pretty gutted!I’ve been putting off reviewing since February but everyone I talk to is saying I should!

Shocking service! I arrived for my appointment which I’d booked weeks ago and travelled 30 mins for. Door at salon was locked and nobody was there. Tried calling, messaging and emailing but received no response. Waited 20 min after scheduled appointment time before leaving. It’s been 5 days since and I’ve still not had a response back.

Amazing friendly staff that made me feel so welcome and taken care of. I'm so happy with the end result!! Best I have had so far!!
