They listened to what we wanted, took the time to understood us as a family, what we needed, and made some great suggestions. Rob and the team were always prompt, professional, hardworking and became part of the family during our 12-month renovation. We were always consulted over any issues that arose and jointly we came up with solutions that met our needs.Alteration Specialists take pride in their work and the tradesmen they use are also expected to meet their high standards, ensuring that are respectful, professional and they clean up after themselves each day. l. Our renovation was almost a complete rebuild, with only one wall remaining the same, and they managed to complete this job while our family of 4 stayed in the house as well, no mean feat.We are really delighted with how our renovation worked out and recommend this team to anyone looking to do any alterations.

Right from the get go I realised we had made a good choice in hiring Alteration Specialists to undertake the renovation of our ensuite bathroom. This was totally reinforced as work progressed. Everything was done to a high standard and in a totally professional manner. All staff (and subcontractors) were extremely courteous, considerate and a pleasure to deal with as well as being very conscientious in tidying up at the end of the working day. We have recently used these guys for decking and lining of a new Steel built type shed. What a fantastic bunch of guys and a top notch building work.

We wanted a garage built at the front of our 1907-built villa, plus a walk-in wardrobe. The team at Alteration Specialists was prompt getting in touch after we called them. They explained the process we needed to get through to see the project completed and had answers for all our questions. We decided on them to get the project done. They managed everything, from plans to consents to the build (including subcontractors) themselves. We had a great team at our site, and the attention to detail to make the 2020s garage fit the 1900s villa was great. We have our alterations completed and the garage and the house just blend perfectly. We added a fence after the initial project started. The fence was something we wanted, merging elements from different ideas. It was all our in our minds but the , and the team translated those thoughts into a reality. We love our garage, wardrobe and fence! Our experience was great: they listened to what we wanted, they were flexible when we adjusted our plans.
