Snopro Wanaka
This was the first time I have used Snopro in Wanaka. I have to say the service is amazing. I booked skis and poles online, however I could have booked everything down to thermals.When i arrived at my Motel I received a text letting me know they would be there at 4pm. They arrived fitted my boots with a very friendly approach. The whole process was easy, even being able to leave the skis outside for the pick up at the end of my trip. I will use again as the price was the same if not cheaper as the main rental places.

Used snow pro at their Wanaka location. Dropped by the shop (not the norm as they usually go to you) but David was more than happy to help. Great service, having worked doing the same thing he was extremely thorough in making sure my partners boots fitted well and comfortably. Everything was explained very clearly and was no hassle at all. Drop off was nice and easy with communicating with the team as we finished earlier than expected. All over great customer service, really friendly and helpful full staff. Would fully recommend!

Excellent experience. Fitted both myself and my husband with great condition boots and skis. They arrived on time and there was no rush to the fitting. Beats doing it on the mountain any day!

I booked from Oz and equipment delivered to my accomodation in Wanaka soon after arrival. Fantastic service and excellent equipment (brand new Rossignol skis). Collection even easier - just left gear on front porch for late night pickup. Can recommend 100%.

We were just looking for a ski rental when we came past this amazing little business. They have excellent service helping us even though they were in a rush and their business only does delivery but kind fully did a POV order. Excellent service and be very kind staff members

Emilie turned up as promised shortly after we arrived at our accommodation in Wanaka, she was super helpful, all the gear was a perfect fit and quality was of a high standard. When we were done skiing we just left it all by our front door and it was collected whilst we were out for dinner...so easy. Will be doing this everytime we visit Wanaka and would highly recommend it as a service - well done to the team at Snopro!

Super efficient drop-off and pick-up service. Team are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Easiest hire of 6 sets of skis and boots we have experienced. We had a problem with one of the pairs of boots and this was resolved the same day with no fuss. All round, a superb experience.

Have used a number of times, good quality equipment and always great service. Our flight arrived late so missed the evening dropoff, the team was at our accomodation first thing in the morning so we could hit the mountain!
