Took my car in for a service including transmission fluid change, ever since I took it to them the transmission has been making a noise and it's getting worse, I took it back to them and they literally did nothing.Don't recommend them as they were the most expensive service I have ever had and now I will have to take my car to Toyota to see what they did to it.My car has done just over 100k and is a Toyota. It's always been serviced and has never had a problem... For it to start making that noise the very next morning speaks volumes on the substandard service they provide

Very friendly and went out of his way to help us during lunch time without asking. Found our coolant leak (water pump) while educating us on what he was doing at the same time. Explained the leak, gave us his advice to get on the road and didnt end up charging us. I regret not being more forceful and giving him some money. I wish I had asked for his name. Highlight of our day in Kaikohe.Many thanks,Steven

Good friendly Service. Done a few job well done, reconised something was on its way out, saved us a mish andvreplaced and repaired for pretty resonable price. Easy to find. Close to eveything if you have to wait.
