Filled 4x scuba tanks and accidently partially discharged one while travelling in vehicle. Took it back as we were doing a dive the next day, quite a way out by boat. They refilled at no charge. The staff were friendly and very helpful!!

My partner went into H & F today, he was wanting to purchase bonicular's and fishing lures. He tried to get the attention of the owner and 2 other male staff members - one staff member was on his mobile and they all blatantly ignored him. My partner has no issue of spending money for the right product and ending up taking his business to H & J Smith where he received excellent customer service.
