I went on an intro helicopter flight booked on Viator. I am student pilot in the US and Juliet was great along with the rest of the office staff. This made a memorable activity in Christchurch. I highly recommend doing this.

Had a wonderfull ride didn’t realise how big Christchurch city is. Thanks to our pilot she was pleasant and very helpful in explaining the sites we flew over. It was a great experience and belated birthday present from son and his wife thank you.

Beyond my expectations. Robyn was a great coordinator, always keeping us informed and rescheduling without a problem when weather conditions weren't ideal. She was very welcoming on the day and made us feel special. Matt the pilot was friendly and informative, and made an effort to personalise our flight with the landmarks pointed out and his commentary. A really enjoyable experience, thank you GCH :)

The most fantastic experience. All 4 of us loved it. Knowledgeable Pilot (John C) with great sense of humour who concluded our day with a private tour of GCH and answered all our questions. Did not rush us at all while we had our long lunch experience. Absolutely 100% worth every cent. Fabulous way to celebrate our 20 year anniversary

It's an experience of lifetime for someone like me who has never been in a helicopter, let alone be on the controls of it. John was an excellent instructor and guided me through entire flight. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I would love to do this again sometime in future.

We booked a trial flight for 26 Aug 2022 morning. Unfortunately on that day, the weather was not good (cloudy with rain) so we had to reschedule to 5 Sep afternoon.On 5 Sep afternoon, after our briefing, the weather suddenly turned bad and once again, we had to push back the flight, this time to 7 Sep morning.On 7 Sep morning, we were finally able to fly and the experience is phenomenal. Immediately after that, we quickly made our way to the airport to catch our flight back home.We are greatly appreciative of Juliet, our pilot, who went out of her way to accommodate our schedule, even having to reschedule her own commitments in the process. She also gave us a brief tour of the place and we got to know many of the friendly staff there. Looking at the immaculate state of the helicopters, we know staff takes pride in their work.We like to thank the other pilot, Jon, as well, for his humour and for making the flight interesting.We also like to thank Geoff, who was really helpful in liaising with us and had given us great tips on travelling in the South Island.Friendly, professional and dependable staff.
